Project Title : ESHO–ARDL BD UNSDG2030’s Smart Villages and Smart Home Neighbourhood Project & Programs.

Project Theme:
Project includes Sustainable integrated diversified self build 4479 SMART VILLAGE model and SMART HOME Neighbourhoods Group project Master plan for 1.2 Million Global Green Great Group (4G) Members for self employments at Home and Creates 1.2 Millions Venue for smart and Intelligent Income generating workstation at the own Home premises of the 4479 Union of the country Bangladesh based on United Nation’s Sustainable Development Goals for 2030 under auspicious of Architecture research and development Ltd. (ARDL) . ESHO is E-shop Smart Home. ESHO is a smart home based income generating work station for the company ARDL’s Union partners UPs, Community entrepreneurs CEPs and Associates. Union Global Business centre , productions workshop , buy/sales, marketing, promotions, super shop, exports, imports, loans, investments ,supply , training ,learning and information centre along with online agent banking, digital centre, centre of the kishore kisoree club, centre of the age club, centre of the job club ,meeting place , Admission information centre for various educational institutions ,store, digital market place , etc. Each Smart home is built-in with solar, bio gas plant, pure water treatment plant, and mini vegetable cultivation container including mini fisheries Aquarium, domestic animal cattle and poultry hatchery. The project’s main targets and Goals is for the country Bangladesh peoples Social development economic development and Environmental development within 2030 .After Surveying, feasibility analysis, ARDL plans, designing/modeling, project promotion for the partners sponsors investors and communicating to integrating the project’s people with ecologically and spiritually by partnerships for SDGs along with Private and Public or Government agencies with Financers or Donors or local and foreign organization. The project Cost is 1644.688 Billion BDT or 19.5 Billion USD. The project has Co-funding Strategic Financial planning to full fund generation of the project.It has innovative selection methods to select ARDL partners as and Associates including Union Partners called UPs and Community Entrepreneurs partner CEPs by ARDL’s Executive committee which will be creates by ARDL with Financers and investors. ARDL Negotiate with interested Local and International financial organizations, This Master Planned project will endeavor to help the government to reach BD’s SDG 2030 to 2050 and BD’s Delta master plan 2100.

Phase A– Research Design and Development phase. Research, Innovation, RND, commencement of the projects, start-up, training, of the project Source of Fund by GOB. Executed by ARDL.
Phase B – Project Implementations & Development Phase: Execution, delivery, operation development, monitoring, analysis collection of instalments, and final report. Source of Fund by Executive Agency by Architecture research and development Ltd. ARDL and suppliers’ credit as per 144 Instalments as per agreement with factory and suppliers. Select ARDL Associates and Services providers, provide training to the Ups and CEPs through competent trainers and Enlisted qualified organizations, Phase C– Sustainable Development Goals analysis and closing of the project phase.
Financial planning:
Fund generation by Co-funding Strategy for this project combines investment from a variety of sources. ARDL will seek Foreign funding 2000 million USD or 16800, 00, 00,000/- BDT for the Project’s entrepreneurs. SME Workstation with home funding. Average 30 smart home per union.( from the private sources, foreign sources, investment from local and foreign investors, individual entrepreneur, joint entrepreneurs, community solvent party, contribution from different sources and means. And international charity fund and trough realization of tanning fees based on skill development sectors. And also already invested from own sources as initial capital.) Foreign Investors from UK, USA, UAE, KOREA, JAPAN, and CHINA showed interest to invest.
ARDL will seek 13, 60,000tk. BDT or 16190USD as Personal SME loan for each CEPs from the local Bank’s Branches (approved by Janata Bank Head offices Already) Total amount 149,421.5 BDT 17579.63 Million USD or 17.58 Billion USD. Exchange Rate BD. Tk- 84.50) Sonali Bank, Rupali Bank, Janata Bank, pubali Bank, Krishi Bank, prime Bank, Brac Bank, UCBL, Social Islami Bank, etc Showed interest to provide SME loan to the Trained Entrepreneurs individually. Local and International financial organizations or local Bank(private or public) will provide loan or Joint venture investment to the each CEP with the help of UP.
ARDL will Search 170, 00, 00,000. Tk. BDT or 20 Million USD Prime minister’s special funds to build ESHO ARDL SDG LAB
ARDL will seek 10, 00,00 ,000tk. BDT or 1.8 Million USD as Sponsors from local ARDL-ASSOCIATES.
ARDL will propose Ministry of Land to build ESHOARDL Rural Hatt Bazar at the 4479 union as per SMARAOK NO-VUM/7-HA1/98/105105(76)/1(928) ajanda. ARDL UPs and CEPs will get priority to buy a shop .30 shops at the Each Union Bazaar. ARDL Built the ESHOARDL Rural Hutt Bazaar and Smart village under UN BD SDG2030 ESHOARDL 4G NEIGHBORHOOD Project.
ARDL will seek Climatic Change trust fund and others funds for selected Ultra poor Community entrepreneurs (Farmers and Workers) for cow and cow shade along with Vegetables cultivation container and mini fisheries aquarium. ARDL will Search to get Funds including Donations or AID from UNDP, World Bank, ADB etc with the help of Government Agencies and others Institutions to get the 1209330 smart home self sufficient works station including 17 sustainable goals matrix or targets.
ARDL seeks Direct sponsors for CEPs from many local and International companies and Some national and international Solar and Bio gas plant company showed interest to supply solar electrification to the UN BD SDG2030 ESHOARDL 4G NEIGHBORHOOD Project Smart home by instalment . ARDL will organise, channelized and negotiate the suppliers of the 1209330 solar panel and Bio gas plant.
ARDL will seek LGSP-3 funding from LGED to provide training to the Innovative Entrepreneurs. ARDL will seek help and Public and Private Cooperation, Ministry, to the Government Agencies and others Institutions to planning and implementation the project.
ARDL will seek promotional funding as Sponsorship for Newspaper publication, Advertisement, branding and communication from reputed company or organization’s CSR fund.
Each UP will invest 32,800taka personally to learn and trained practically for their self employment ,they will get Project guideline eBook, sign MOU & PPA, get Individual market place web site, Social media sites, books, poster, stickers etc. And earn 54,500taka per month from CEP. Each UP is Repetitive of the Company ARDL and monitoring 270 CEPs and Each CEP paid 200 taka per month as Honorius for Up’s services.
Each CEP will also invest 32,800taka personally to learn and trained practically for their self employment, Project guideline eBook, sign MOU & PPA, get Individual market place web site, Social media sites, books, poster, stickers etc. and their product or service promotions and loan or personally invest 13,27,200 taka BDT total 13,60,000 taka BDT for self sufficient smart home work station and CEP will earn total 40,000taka cash and service benefit per month from production, service under the project. (If any Local and International financial organizations provide loan for 10years to the CEP and each CEP can refund 20,000taka or more per month and ARDL’s UP will provide services to the interested Local and International financial organizations to collect the revenues.
